When people call me the phone rings appropriately and the voice quality is fine, and everything seems to work appropriately.I live in the SF Bay Area. A call from area code 925, local to the Bay Area, to area code 415, also within the Bay Area, did not go through. I got a busy signal. I pulled out my cell and immediately dialed the same number. I connected just fine and the call went through. I then checked other numbers where I got unexplained "busy" signals.We can receive incoming calls just fine (unfortunately many of them are robocalls we have to blacklist!), but 10 or 11 digit outgoing calls have an 8-10 second delay and then a rapid busy signal. None go through, even to Ooma's 888 customer service line!
